Terms of Service

PDFToolz provides a set of free tools for working with PDF and image files. All processing happens in your browser on your own device. We provide the software; you are responsible for the files you choose to process with it.

The tools are provided free of charge, with no account required. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.

You agree to use PDFToolz only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to process. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property, remove protection from documents you are not authorised to access, or to process unlawful content.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a given file will convert or process perfectly. Always keep a backup of your original files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFToolz and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

The PDFToolz name, branding and website are owned by us. The files you process remain entirely yours; we claim no rights over them and, because they never reach our servers, we never possess them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
